The Dayton Art Institute

The Dayton Art Institute is everyone's favorite place to go whenever they're in Ohio. And honestly? We totally get the hype, too.

The Dayton Art Institute is a crowd-favorite for first-time tourists (or even the artsy locals) looking to swing by. It was first built in the 1900s as an art school with a small art collection and later flourished into what it is now.

A sprawling gallery with an intricate Italian Renaissance Revival appearance by renowned architect Edward B. Green. Sounds like the real deal, doesn't it? Well, if you think that's already impressive, then you've got another thing coming.

The inside of the museum is where all the magic happens. And if you're doubtful if it's as impressive as we make it out to be, you can look it up yourself on the internet.

But for now, take our word for it, because we're going to give you a little sneak peek of what goes on behind the Dayton Art Institute's curtains, and how we— JBH Energy Solutions— fit into the equation.

Now, we know the estate is pretty big. All six acres of land are occupied by either museum buildings, galleries, gardens, event venues, or special exhibitions. And that's actually a lot of areas that need handling, especially when you're one of the most nationally and internationally recognized museums to date. Naturally, a lot of people are gonna come by and it's not exactly a piece of cake to take everything into account when organizing artistry is the number one thing they need to focus on.

And that's where we come in.

As you know, temperature regulations are very important when it comes to art. Museums need to have a set temperature where antiquities and paintings can thrive no matter what conditions are outside of the building.

And because of that, directors can be understandably strict whenever it comes to HVAC. (We're obviously very competent if we do say so ourselves- but servicing a known art museum is quite different from our other commercial and residential services. The individual needs are quite unique, but we’re grateful for the continuous trust!)

And of course, we can't forget the audiences and art critics from all around the world to visit a classic tourist spot in Ohio. Visiting an art museum should be an experience. The mood, the design, the lighting, and even the temperatures all contribute to appreciating the whole thing.

You wouldn't want to freeze out of your outfit, nor would you want to sweat out of your wits. The goal of our HVAC services is utmost comfort while being… unnoticeable.

Whether it's while you're strolling in the gardens, walking through the exhibition, enjoying a party venue, or simply enjoying the ambiance— our comfort reaches every corner of the Dayton Art Institute. (Yes, even the comfort rooms.)

So, what are you waiting for? If you’re flying, riding, biking, or power-walking to Dayton, Ohio— make sure to pop in at the Dayton Art Institute before anything, We’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do.
